How does this savings work?
When you trade in an old device, you don’t just get store credit, you also save on sales tax. This means your final credit amount will be greater than the amount advertised by SELLIT9. For example:
1. Exact tax savings depend on your location. While most provinces lower the tax on your new purchase when you trade in a device, local tax laws vary and some regions do not offer this incentive. Your final tax savings will only be reflected through your final credit amount, not in the SELLIT9 checkout summary.

Two options: mail in your device with a free, trackable shipping label, or have it picked up at your door if you’re in a serviced area. We aim to finalize your trade-in value within 2 business days of arrival.
Pricing is based on condition and current market value, and every item is assessed by an expert. If the condition differs from what was described, we’ll explain why and offer a new price, which you can accept or decline to have the item returned to you free of charge.
The devices we currently accept are listed during the trade-in process, and the list is updated regularly. We only accept devices in re-sellable condition, with original manufacturer parts and no carrier locks.
No fees: you keep the full value of your device. Collection and assessment are fully covered.
You go through EJS Computers’s normal refund process. SELLIT9 and the merchant coordinate to make sure you still get the full value of your trade-in.
