SELLIT9 lets you trade in items for a gift card at the store where you started your trade-in. Your gift card never expires and stays tied to your email address.
Your gift card is a multi-use code that can be used across multiple purchases.
When you choose to receive your SELLIT9 Trade gift card right away, a temporary hold is placed on your credit card until your device is received and inspected.
Once verified, the hold is released. If the device condition differs, a revised offer is shared with options to proceed or have your item returned at no charge.

Once your item arrives at our inspection facility, we aim to finalize your trade-in value within 2 business days.
The price you receive at checkout is based on item condition and current market value for pre-owned items.
Every item is inspected by an expert. If reassessed, we explain why and offer a new price. If you don’t accept it, your item is returned to you for free.
Accepted items are listed during the trade-in process. We regularly update our accepted items, and you may request a quote for unlisted items using the “Looking to trade something else?” option.
Items must be in re-sellable condition, with original manufacturer parts and no carrier locks or blacklists.
SELLIT9 Trade does not charge any fees. We cover the cost of collecting and assessing your items.
You go through the normal store refund process. SELLIT9 and the merchant coordinate to ensure you still receive the full value of your trade-in.
