How are points calculated?
Points are calculated on the net amount of the items, excluding shipping and taxes, rounded to the nearest point.
When are my points credited?
Points are added to your store credit when the order is delivered. If delivery is not confirmed, they are added 14 days after the order ships.
Do my points expire?
Yes, about 12 months later: they expire on the last day of the same month the following year.
How do I use my points?
Your balance is store credit. It is applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in to your account.
What happens if I get a refund?
A refund removes the points earned on the refunded items.
Who can earn points?
Only customers logged in to their account earn points. An order placed without logging in does not earn points. Points start with orders placed from October 24, 2026.
