Getting started
- Download and install EJS Support on your Windows PC.
- Sign in with your Google account or create a free account with email.
- Your system information appears automatically. No setup required.
How your data is used
Signing in to EJS Support lets you save your warranty details and preferences so they're there the next time you open the app. EJS Support only requests your basic Google profile information (your name and email address) to create your account. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google data.
Information about your PC (hardware specifications and performance metrics) stays on your device unless you choose to save it to your account, such as an invoice you upload for warranty purposes.
