Shipping Area

At this time, EJS Computers ships only within Canada.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.

In-Store Pickup

We offer pickup for eligible online orders.

Products marked as available for pickup may not be physically stocked at the pickup location at the time of purchase.

After payment confirmation, products may be transferred from storage or fulfillment locations before pickup becomes available.

Typical transfer and preparation time is 2–5 business days.

Pickup is available only after full payment has been completed.

Pickup instructions will be sent by email once the order is ready.

Please bring a valid government-issued ID and your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

EJS Computers is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect customer information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

EJS Computers may assist in opening a carrier investigation where applicable.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside of our direct control.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, abandoned, returned, or undeliverable due to customer action or incorrect information, applicable return shipping costs or fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
