Resident Evil Requiem and 11 More Games Hit GeForce NOW With RTX 5080 Power

Resident Evil Requiem Creeps Into The Cloud

NVIDIA is celebrating the anniversary of GeForce NOW with a big horror themed headliner: Capcom’s Resident Evil Requiem is now streamable from the cloud, and it is tuned to look its best on the GeForce NOW Ultimate membership.

Requiem brings players back to Raccoon City, the ruined epicenter of the 1998 bioweapon disaster. You follow two perspectives: FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft, who is investigating her mother’s mysterious death, and veteran agent Leon S. Kennedy, who is tracking a new bioterror threat spreading across the American Midwest.

The game focuses on classic Resident Evil style survival horror. Expect tense combat, scarce resources and puzzle solving mixed with exploration. One of the big twists this time is the ability to switch seamlessly between first person and third person views. That gives you more control over how you experience the horror, whether you want a more immersive viewpoint or a wider look at your surroundings.

On GeForce NOW, the technical side is a major part of the pitch. Ultimate members tap into RTX 5080 class GPUs in the cloud, which unlock a stack of advanced graphics features:

  • Full path tracing for highly realistic global illumination and lighting
  • Ray traced reflections for more accurate and detailed shiny surfaces and wet environments
  • Support for resolutions up to 5K with high dynamic range for sharper, more vibrant visuals
  • NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation to keep frame rates high while still pushing visual quality

Because the heavy lifting is done on NVIDIA’s cloud hardware, you can stream these advanced graphics even on lower powered local systems, as long as you have a solid internet connection. That is the core appeal of GeForce NOW for many PC gamers who do not want to constantly upgrade their own rigs.

To mark the sixth anniversary of GeForce NOW, NVIDIA is also running a limited time launch bundle. If you purchase a 12 month Ultimate membership, you get Resident Evil Requiem included. It is a direct value boost for people who were already considering jumping to or renewing the Ultimate tier, especially if you are a horror fan looking for a new flagship title to play.

Delta Force Reward Bundle For Members

The anniversary celebration is not just about one big release. NVIDIA is also rolling out rewards for Delta Force players who use GeForce NOW.

All GeForce NOW members can claim a Delta Force reward bundle that gives an in game edge in extraction and warfare modes. The bundle includes:

  • Standard gear tickets
  • Premium weapon experience tokens
  • Armament vouchers to tweak and optimize loadouts

Performance and Ultimate members get an extra perk on top of that: early access to the PP 19 Bizon. This submachine gun is tuned for close quarters stopping power, which can change how you approach tight interior fights and aggressive pushes.

The Delta Force anniversary reward is available through Thursday, March 26, while supplies last. If you are actively playing the game through GeForce NOW, it is worth claiming quickly so you do not miss out on the free unlocks and weapon access.

11 New Games Ready To Stream

Alongside Resident Evil Requiem, NVIDIA is expanding the GeForce NOW library with 11 more titles that you can stream from the cloud. These releases tie into multiple platforms, including Steam, Xbox, the Microsoft Store and Ubisoft Connect. Some are also ready to take advantage of RTX 5080 class performance in the cloud.

Here is what is joining GeForce NOW this week:

  • TCG Card Shop Simulator on Xbox and available on Game Pass. A new release that lets you run and grow a trading card shop.
  • Blizzard Arcade Collection on Ubisoft Connect. A new release bundle of classic Blizzard titles, a good pick if you enjoy retro style gameplay.
  • Diablo II Resurrected on Ubisoft Connect. The remastered version of the legendary action RPG, now streamable without needing your own gaming PC.
  • Spellcasters Chronicles on Steam, marked as GeForce RTX 5080 ready. A new release that can take advantage of higher end cloud hardware for smoother performance and better visuals.
  • Resident Evil Requiem on Steam, also RTX 5080 ready, serving as the showcase horror experience for this update.
  • Anno Mutationem on Xbox and available via Game Pass. A stylish action RPG with a mix of 2D and 3D visuals.
  • ARC Raiders on Xbox and the Microsoft Store, RTX 5080 ready. A cooperative shooter with a sci fi setting that benefits from strong cloud hardware for action heavy moments.
  • DEVOUR on Steam. A co op horror experience where players work together to survive and push back against terrifying enemies.
  • Galactic Civilizations 3 on Xbox and the Microsoft Store. A deep strategy game where you build and manage an interstellar civilization.
  • MotoGP 22 on Xbox and the Microsoft Store. A motorcycle racing title that lets you test your reflexes and racing lines.
  • Torque Drift 2 on Steam. A drifting focused driving game with an emphasis on car control and customization.

With these additions, GeForce NOW continues to build out its catalog across genres: horror, strategy, racing, co op shooters and more. For players, the benefit is choice. You can bounce between a heavy visual showcase like Resident Evil Requiem on RTX 5080 class hardware and lighter indie or retro style titles, all without installing locally or worrying about storage space.

NVIDIA is also encouraging the community to share what they are playing and their latest in game achievements on social media. If you are already on GeForce NOW, this anniversary update is a good excuse to test how far the cloud hardware can be pushed, especially in visually ambitious games like Requiem or ARC Raiders.
