NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Awards Now Accepting Applications for $60000 Grants

NVIDIA is inviting PhD students from around the world to apply for its Graduate Fellowship Program. This program supports promising researchers with grants mentoring and technical assistance as they work on projects related to NVIDIA technologies.

Each fellowship award can be as much as $60000. The program helps students working in fields like artificial intelligence machine learning autonomous vehicles computer graphics robotics healthcare and high performance computing. Since 2002 more than $7.3 million has been given to over 200 students through this initiative.

To apply you must have completed at least one year of your PhD studies. If selected you will also need to complete an in person internship at an NVIDIA research office before your fellowship begins. This internship takes place in summer 2026.

The deadline to apply for the 2026 to 2027 academic year is Monday September 15 2025. For more details on who can apply and how to submit your application visit the program website.
