Intel Plans Big Boost in CPU Performance with Nova Lake

Intel is working on a new technology for their Nova Lake processors that could make them much faster. This improvement focuses on increasing the size of the L3 cache which is a special type of memory that helps the CPU quickly access important data.

The new L3 cache could be as large as 144MB. This is a big jump compared to previous Intel processors and is similar to the advanced 3D VCache technology that AMD uses in their CPUs.

By adding more cache memory, Intel hopes their Nova Lake CPUs can compete directly with AMD's high performance chips. This means smoother and faster performance for users who rely on powerful computers for gaming or other demanding tasks.
