China's CXMT Shifts DDR5 Chip Launch to Late 2025

China's CXMT has decided to start large scale production of DDR5 memory chips later than expected. The company is waiting until late 2025 so it can focus on making the chips higher quality and more reliable.

Even with this delay CXMT is becoming more skilled and is getting help from the Chinese government. This support means the company is quickly improving and could become a strong competitor to other big memory chip makers around the world.

However CXMT still has some problems getting the manufacturing equipment and tools it needs. Despite these challenges other companies are starting to pay attention to the progress CXMT is making.
